I had my order in only a few days even though it came form far but had a small problem with one charm so i messaged the customor support who helped me out very wel. The products itself look super cute plus they feel durable.

Got a good deal with extra items free. Delivery didnt take too long considering I ordered after Christmas and before NY and I was able to track my order really easily. Im pleased with the quality of the charms but they are much smaller than I was expecting which is a little disappointing.

Bracelet is stunning, the items took a long time to get here, customer service were great. The gold plated necklace is beautiful with the engraving on but i didnt expect the padlock to be so tiny. It is My fault for not reading the small print description..so dont get stung with how small it is. Its about the size of my pinky fingernail .

The charms are beautifully made. The only thing is i ordered 7 charms and only received 3 wands to turn the charms on and i need 4 more because i bought the charms for 7 different people for Christmas. But i do recommend buying these charms.

It would be great if the lucky rabbit comes in same gold quality as the bracelet. Shining not in matte finish.
